1. Definitions
1.1. "Seller" means Amoré Modesty, located at Wateringsestraat 21A, 2512PH The Hague
1.2. "Customer" means the natural person or legal entity who purchases products via the Seller's website.
1.3. “Products” refers to the personalized Abayas and Khimaars offered by the Seller.
2. Applicability
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the Seller and the Customer.
2.2. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these general terms and conditions.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. Orders are placed via the Seller's website.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to pay in full and correct for the ordered products.
4. Product information
4.1. Seller strives to provide accurate product information, including materials, sizes and colors.
4.2. Personalized products may vary, and minor deviations are possible.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the personalized products.
We try to deliver your order within 5 working days.
5.2. Delays do not give the right to compensation or cancellation of the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. Since the products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints and Warranty
7.1. Complaints about received products must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
7.2. The Seller offers a warranty against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period after purchase.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal information is treated confidentially and used exclusively for processing orders.
10. Applicable Law
10.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements between the Seller and the Customer.
11. Return
11.1. The Customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
11.2. Returns must be reported in writing in advance to the Seller via info@amoremodesty.com
11.3. The Customer is responsible for the costs and risk of return shipment, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
12. Exclusions from Returns
12.1. Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless there are manufacturing defects.
12.2. Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be returned.
13. Refund
13.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided the products are in unused and undamaged condition.
13.2. In the event of a refund, the purchase amount minus any shipping costs will be refunded.
14. Procedure
14.1. When returning, the Customer must return the product in the original packaging, together with the completed return form.
14.2. Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
